If you would be so kind *PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BOOKING* ~When booking feet services there should be NO ACRYLIC OR GEL on toes unless fill in for acrylic toes. I charge for ALL REMOVAL SERVICES. If you need polish removed make sure to add it with you service. it takes up time and pushes me back for my other clients.~ If you come to an appointment with polish on toes and you did NOT add it when booking there will be a $15 up charge on top of service ~ *No extra people unless they have booked services as well* NO KIDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! If you come with kids you will get an option to be rescheduled. If you choose not to reschedule and keep appointment there will be a $20 sitting fee per kid! My space is limited. Need area for clients only! What you book is the service you get! ANY EXTRA DESIGNS, LENGTH and or gems will be EXTRA! I tried being nice and lenient but ppl have taken Advantage so I have to buckle down! Deposit is REQUIRED on EVERY booking that’s for new nail baddies and my regulars! You are allowed a 15 min grace period WITH COMMUNICATION ONLY. Without communication your appointment will be canceled after 10 mins and new deposit is required! Cancellation Policy
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE! I will refund deposit if “I” the Nail technician needs to cancel. If you need to cancel an appointment please do no later than 24hours. If last minute cancellation occurs, I will grace ONE reschedule. After, new deposit required for new appointment. If NO CALL NO SHOW there will be a 80% charge to card on file! Please please communicate. If you are unable to make appointment time, please reach out asap. I will work with you if you communicate with me. You are allowed a 10 minute grace period after appointment time scheduled. Any time after 10 minutes with NO communication appointment will be cancelled. If you are going to be over 10 mins late. There will be a $15 charge. Most times I have back to back clients. If I am going to be over 10 mins late. I deduct $15 from your service. When you are late it pushes my time back.
